Shelly Sun is the president and co-founder of BrightStar®, a premium healthcare staffing company providing the full continuum of care, from homecare to supplemental staffing for corporate clients such as nursing homes and physicians. At BrightStar's inception, Shelly, along with her husband and co-founder JD Sun, risked everything to pioneer a company offering more to those in need. In 2005, BrightStar launched its franchising efforts, becoming the first and only franchising company in the country to specialize in both medical and non-medical care and health care staffing. In three short years, BrightStar grew from one corporate office to 130 locations nationwide, and is now on track to open 400 locations by the end of 2011. Shelly is a Certified Franchise Executive and participates on the International Franchise Association's Board of Directors, Membership Committee, Finance, Audit and Budget Committee and FranPAC Advisory Council. Shelly was also selected by the International Franchise Association as the 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year. Shelly was selected as one of the 50 fastest growing Woman Owned Companies Entrepreneur Magazine list in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and was honored as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2008 and 2009. Linda Burzynski

Linda Burzynski President of The Franchise CEO Network and also the CEO of VL Service Corp, a franchise consulting service. Linda's passion is in working directly with CEO's and Presidents of emerging and established systems. Prior to launching VL Service Corp, she was CEO of Liberty Fitness from July of 2005 - December of 2007. She purchased the company and branded the concept from Liberty Fitness to Liberty Weight Loss combining a proven and comprehensive diet and exercise plans targeted to women ages 30 to 65. In December of 2007, Liberty Fitness and Weight Loss was purchased by Diversified Health and Fitness of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Prior to Liberty Weight Loss, she was the CEO of CMIT Solutions. In less than five years, she led CMIT Solutions expansion in 30 states, with over 120 franchises providing outsourced IT solutions to businesses. Linda also served as President and COO of Molly Maid, Inc. leading Molly Maid growth from 12 million in client revenues to over 86 million within a period of five years. Prior to this time she served for ten years as Senior Vice President of Operations for Interiors by Decorating Den. In 2007, Enterprising Women magazine inducted Linda into its Hall of Fame. The Women's Franchise Committee selected her to receive its 2007 Crystal Compass. In 2006 she was named chairperson of The Business Women's Network (BWN). Linda was the 1998 recipient of the distinguished Bonnie Levine Award. Linda served on The Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association. Linda also served as a trustee with the International Franchise Association Educational Foundation and past Chairperson to ICFE Board of Governors. In 2001, she received the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Minorities and Women Division of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
